At CREP MOVEMENT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new sneakers or apparel don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and sneaker boxes are protected inside a secondary shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
